has a unique and important role to play. Headquarters deals with strategic issues, for example:

mission, number of managers required, required resources, project management methods, and
implementing the structure of information technology networks. Major Subordinate Commands

Unit ensures the day-to-day operations are managed and executed effectively and properly.
