After reading and doing some research, I was able to identify some of the leadership
challenges that entrepreneurial leaders face. I have found great information on the APUS library,
google scholar, and some of my experiences. One challenge that I found very interested in "self-
doubt" why? People do not wake up every day super excited, super motivated, and ready to
tackle any fear. Some people want you to believe that, but it is not valid. Nobody, it is always
that confident we all have our moments of crisis, we all at some point self- sabotage, we all are
afraid of things, as a result, don't take action on it. This is totally normal everybody goes through
it, but how can you get beyond it. Because you don't want to be at the point where it is constant,
and it just holds you back from doing something meaningful with your life. You have to let fear
be a counselor, but not a jailer doesn't let it get to you to the point where it makes you worried
and makes you stress out, but you can still move forward with whatever your goal is. You have to
step out of your comfort zone to achieve something great because if we stay in that comfort zone
is safe and it is warm, it is cozy, there is no risk and no fear, you are just going to get the same
results that you always get. Most businesses fail because people do not start them, they failed by
not taking the first step, and this is because of self-doubt. We don't think we can achieve more.
Still, if history has taught us anything it is that people can overcome their condition and grow we
do not have to see the end of the road to get in the car and start driving, as long as we know
where we are headed, you can go through life one-quarter mile at a time. The only way to
overcome self-doubt is to tell ourselves if we want to be successful in business if we genuinely
wish to that side hustle to turn into our full-time job, we have to let the feelings of doubt rise up,
but listen to ourselves and take action anyway.
