The information the Chester team put down on week one team charter and plan does not require and

changes or updates. We all feel that the plan we agreed on was doable and we all stayed committed.

Our source of communication was via WhatsUp by phone. We also scheduled our weekly

conference calls on Wednesdays which were mandatory for all of us to attend. During these

conferences we discussed upcoming projects, divided work amongst each other and

worked on Capsism via screen sharing. Overall our project progress as expected and our business

continued to earn profits.



Porter’s Genetic Strategy:

As a team we all decided to adopt the Niche Cost strategy. Our goal was to focus on Low Tech

customers. At the beginning our products were little on higher end price range, but progressively we

were able to get the pricing where the demand started to go. By focusing on improving performance

on the R&D is was clear that our products selling out quickly.



Target Market:

Our main goal from the beginning was to provide customers with sufficient performance, dependable

product and reasonable size. By focusing on the traditional segment we were able to target and server

Low Tech customers. The Low Tech customer segment demands products with lower cost last

longer, it doesn’t require annually updates and changes. Our products were priced average, but later

, we ended up switching more towards to the High Tech segment and began to target those customers

who want quantity over quality and are willing to pay the price.


Project Plan:

Our weekly meetings helped us to stay on task. We all agreed that having structure would be

good for us and our company. In our Team Charter each of us identified our strengths and

weaknesses and based on that we divided work amongst ourselves.
