Very well written post, Sabrina. It is a good idea that you have mentioned you

worked with HSBC for 15 years. That is because it indicated you have sufficient knowledge

of the mortgage operation of the company. I agree with your idea that cash and its equivalents

are the most liquid assets found in the balance sheet of a company. That is because they can

be easily used to service both the company's short – and long–term loans. However, it would

have been more effective if you mention that cash at hand is the most liquid asset in the

balance sheet.

that you will focus on and slightly mentioned their level of performance in the past four

years. It is exceptional as it shows you are aware of the nature of activities in the NVDA

corporation. However, the argument would be much stronger if you mention what you have

looked at that made you decide that the corporation has been performing well. I agree with

your idea of focusing on the profitability ratio as it is a crucial indicator of a company's

financial performance. That is because assets will how the conversion ratio of the company

when servicing their mortgage.
