good but for the most part it is and advances society. This paper will examine Elon Musk

which you may know as the owner and builder of PayPal, Tesla Motors, Space X, and the
Boring Company. Although some may look down on him as the richest guy in the world
at the current moment, most should see how he transformed the world in which we live
in. Also discussed in this paper will be, the aspects of servant leadership, his leadership
characteristics, along with his leadership style.
First a little backstory on Elon Musk to help understand him. Elon Musk a South
African immigrant to the United States started out creating PayPal which is widely used
to ensure safe online transaction without getting your credit card stolen in easy terms.
Next, he created Tesla Motors. An electric car company that honestly brought some
sexiness to the boring ugly electric cars while advancing the technology at the same
time. Third is Space X which has proven to be more financially viable than NASA to
launch rockets into space and have them be returned to earth to be used over and over
verses the one time use that NASA was doing. Another thing created by Space X is called
Starlink. Starlink is a satellite network of hundreds of satellites that help bring internet
to poor and impoverished parts of the world at a cheap price where it lacks the
infrastructure to have internet to assist in education.
Next, is the Boring company. This company is focused on boring tunnels from
east to west coast for hyperloop travel through tubes underground for fast pollution
free travel to be able to compete with air travel. Lastly, after passing Amazon owner Jeff
Bezos as the richest man according to Bloomberg “Elon Musk said he plans to donate
