Introduction
Outdoor Adventure Paintball Park is a great idea to start a business in that
specific place. The concept is to open a business where teenagers, young adults and
work teams from local business could enjoy hours of outdoor fun and entertainment. In
that city Outdoor Adventure Paintball Park is located, it is limited outdoor fun and
entertainment. A business is a challenge if the owners or the managing members do not
know how to manage the business. Open a business with management knowledge, it
would work. Everyone thinks that it is easy to open a business, the challenge is to keep
the business open for years. This company already has a land to start the business,
now we have to focus in the issues Outdoor Adventure Paintball Park has. If the
company has all the concepts that it needs, it will succeed. Outdoor Adventure Paintball
Park is a great idea to start a business, but it has a lot of issues too that it has to work
on. This consultancy plan will work on any weakness this company has. And also, it will
help to have a successful business.

After Strategies are set and plans are made, management’s primary task is to take
steps to ensure that these plans are carried out, or, if conditions warrant, that the plans
are modified. This is the critical control function of management. And since
management involves direct activities of others, a major part of the control function is
making sure other people do what should be done. P-O-L-C stands for Planning,
Organizing, Leading and Controlling.
