When discussing the fundamental concepts of leadership, organizations are continually

grow their company and culture. The concepts of leadership many skills that a leader possesses
and showcases through coaching's of their employees to better the individual and themselves.
With every leader, though, you have to have followers to help support your vision and goal of
what you want to achieve. Followers are influenced by leaders who can show a clear vision and
goal to support and align with their morals and values. An effective leader is displaying specific
skills, but it is also making sure that one still shows the human aspect of a job. Leaders are an
essential part of every job or even in personal life, and everyone has had an effective or
influential leader at some point in their life. Everyone needs a leader in their life but can
sometimes turn into a leader themselves due to the learnings they have been given over their
lives. With an ever-changing working environment, companies have to change how they seek out
leadership and what they want in a leader to help put forth a new mission or vision the company
intends to implement within the organization. Most people tend to think that leaders and
managers are the same, but as a leader, you are looked to influence others while managing
employees to make sure their daily tasks get completed. This paper will discuss several things
beginning with my current organization that I am a part of Farmers Insurance. We will discuss a
particular leadership theory that Farmer's leaders follow and the power that each leader
possesses, and how this tends to make them a transformational or transactional leader. To
provide facts and examples, we will discuss one particular leader's traits and characteristics and
how he supports the companies vision and mission statement by displaying the positivity and
influential behaviors that the organization is seeking within its culture.
