8. Student's should adhere to the "Dress Code Policy" published in the Student Catalog".
9. Random seating assignments, as well as multiple exam versions may be used during exam administration.
10. Only one student is allowed to go to the restroom at a time. The student must place the Scantron® answer sheet inside the exam packet. The exam
packet must then be placed face down on the faculty/proctor’s desk. When the student returns to the examination room, the student must take the
exam packet and answer sheet to the student’s assigned seat. If the faculty/proctor sees or hears the student talking to anyone while having a
restroom break, testing will end at that time and the student earns a grade based on questions answered before the break.
