CSEC within 24 hours



Reasonable suspicion - Response When it is objectively reasonable for a person to
entertain a suspicion, based upon facts that could cause a reasonable person in a like
position, drawing when appropriate, on his or her training, to suspect child abuse and
neglect



Cross-Reporting CCL - Answer All reports of child abuse or neglect, including incidents
involving NMDs that occur in licensed facilities or are allegedly committed by the staff of
licensed facilities, shall be cross-reported to CCL by the CPH.



Cross-Reporting Out-of-Home Care Management - Answer CPH will also cross-report to
Out-Of-Home Care Management Division for Group Home or Foster Family Agencies or
