- Conviction of a felony
- Conviction of any misdemeanor of moral turpitude
- Violation of any regulation promulgated by the Commissioner
- Commits any act involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit where another is injured, or any
act involving moral turpitude.
- Misrepresentation a material fact in obtaining a license
