-ANSWER HONESTLY
So I really thought about this question for over the last six months or so,
but recently it really came to my thoughts and that was culture and
leadership. If you look at the dichotomy of the leadership in this
department along with in this room it shows a culture of leadership that I
want to be apart of that I want to bring my experiences to that I want to
mentor. I want to be her to learn and mentor so that our agency forever
lives on in a great dichotomy of leadership that cares and does it right
