shall consist of 7 members:
- The head of the department of entomology at the University of Georgia.
- The commissioner of the Georgia department of agriculture.
- The commissioner of the Georgia Department of human resources.
- 3 residents of Georgia who are currently certified under this act and who are actively
engaged in the past control industry.
- 1 person having a recognized interest in consumer affairs and protection but who has
no connection whatsoever with the pest control industry.
- The latter 4 members shall be appointed by the commissioner of agriculture.

(D) Alternate Application techniques: - ANSWER-Means an alternate method of
application of termiticide which has been approved by the commission; and has
efficiency data supporting the use of such an application technique reviewed and
accepted by the commission; and which and which is used in a manner consistent with
the label and labeling of the termiticide be applied. The commission at its discretion,
may accept, reject, cancel, suspend, or modify any application, at any time, for approval
of an alternate application technique.

surety, or insurance company licensed to do business in this state, or otherwise
approved by the commission, guaranteeing the fulfillment of the agreement between the
licensee or the business entity and his customer. It is a surety bond issued by a third
party and does not include any warranty or guaranty only between the licensee and the
customer.
