Course Manual

Eligible Employment

These objective tests correspond to the information learned in each course. Knowledge tests consisting
of multiple-choice and true/false questions must be passed before advancing to the next level. the

Level 3 Management Simulation
the Level 3 Facility Management Simulation allows teams to utilize and apply the learning from all of the
courses in the PGA PGM Program. Teams work together to build a facility-wide approach to enhance
facility image, customer retention, long-term sustainable programs, and overall financial performance.
, Teams will compete with each other to present and simulate their approach in this culminating Level 3
experience.
Membership Services
The department of The PGA that guides PGA Associates, PGA Students, and PGA Members throughout
their careers - from initial registration in the PGA Professional Golf Management Program to Life
Member classification. The services provided include registration for Playing Ability Tests, tracking
individual employment histories, monitoring educational qualifications and professional credits, and
maintaining accurate registration for tournaments and correct classifications as defined by the PGA
Constitution.
