The scope of this assignment is going to increase the understanding of the business
environment in regards of the chosen organisation, Royal Bank of Scotland. It is
important to be aware of the organisational structure as well as the way it is
governed.
In addition to this, it is important to understand the PESTLE Analysis, in order to
ensure an increased understanding of the external environmental aspects that could
impact the business, such as Political, economic, social, technological, legal and
environmental aspects, therefore it is important to understand ways in which the
business, Royal Bank of Scotland can be affected by the social external aspects.
Therefore, the second part of the assignment is aiming to increase the
understanding on how the PESTLE Analysis is going to impact the business.
In the third task of the business, an application of the PESTLE analysis in regards
of the external environment within Royal Bank of Scotland.
