Back to target - ANSWER-term used to direct the client back to recall the original incident that was the focus of the processing.
bilateral stimulation - ANSWER-BLS eye movements, auditory or tactile to activate both hemispheres of brain.
Bundling - ANSWER-identifying experiences of similar symptoms to be used in developing a targeted plan.
Channels of Association - ANSWER-memories or emotions occuring during EMDR processing that have associations to the trauma.
