• The problems that the CART project had and the understanding that it had to
be developed further in order for it to be useful in all the medical applications.
• Knowledge of partners like Siemens, Philips and GE and what their benefits were.
• Knowledge of understanding the customer’s needs.
• Knowledge of the requirements and skills needed to process the system
• Making a plan that would allow feedback from prospect clients, as to how the systems
integrations would apply to their own.
• The opening of divisions and recruiting new people with skills and expertise.
Along with these and many more is one that I believe is most important and it’s the identification
of the knowledge for further growth of the venture. The core process was the knowledge of
radiography, but in time all processes need an update. The need for internal knowledge, software
developing and engineering grew over time. Which mean that there was need for new staff. It is
important that all points of a project are viewed and discussed. This means that any underlying
problems, past, present, or future have to be taken into consideration.
