El domicilio real es el lugar de residencia habitual
El domicilio legal es el lugar donde la ley presume que
una persona reside para cumplir sus derechos y
obligaciones.
El domicilio especial es el lugar en el cual las partes de
un contrato eligen para realizar la actividad misma,
hasta puede ser en un espacio virtual donde fluyen
notificaciones, notas, etc.
El domicilio puede cambiarse con el simple ÁNIMO de
trasladar el lugar de residencia de un lugar a otro.
No puede haber mas de 1 dom gral, el dom es
elegible, inviolable y mutable.

está regulado en el:
Art 73, domicilio real: que está establecido en la notas características,
residencia, de tipo general o especial, el general se divide en real (art 73) y
legal (art 74), y el especial, en donde puede celebrar contratos, hay distintos
tipos de domicilio especial, el contractual (art 75), el procesal, el fiscal y el
electrónico.
Art 73: atributo jurídico, tutela jurídica, se refiere a la persona humana, al
derecho deber, a tener un domicilio o localizar a la persona.
