- Interviewing owner and customers – because of COVID meeting face to face for interviews is
going to be difficult. To solve this problem, interviews will be held over the phone or by
WhatsApp.
- Bias in customer interviews – leading questions and confidentiality can affect the answers of
customers. So, interviewees will be told about confidentiality beforehand.
- Reliability of secondary research – secondary research is based on internet research which may
not always be reliable. So, I will try to find website that are trusted, or government based.
