Business Chosen: Computer System Inc


Introduction

Welcome to this social media report and plan on Computer Systems Inc. This plan includes a draft plan

on the social media that Computer Systems Inc will use. I have outlined smart targets for the social

media and created a social media policy for the social media that Computer Systems Inc will use. The

social media that I have decided you will use is Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.


So far, I have I learnt how social media can help a business grow their brand and image. This knowledge

will help me in building a social media campaign for Computer System Inc as I now know what will help a

business grow the social media following and create a loyal customer base. At the moment Computer

Systems Inc only has an online website which is helping the company make sales, but their total sales

can be drastically improved with the right social media campaign which can attract more customers into

checking out their business.


Together the company owner and I will both work to achieve to create a social media and increase their

turnover. He wants to grow the company through social media and to attract new customers which will

lead to sales. Also, would like to use social media as a customer service tool in order to show they care

about their customers and would like to resolve any queries they may have to show that they care about

their customers. Their goal is to use promotional content on Instagram and Facebook to show off latest

computers that have been built. Someone from social media team will be in charge of taking the

pictures and posting them in order to create interest in the business. These social media pages will be

created on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

On all of the social media I have demonstrated account creation and the use of social media. In this plan

I have taken into consideration how to monitor the success of you are the business and how to interact

with customers, as well of creating the social media plan, I have also discussed how the business can

create an online community using their social media.


In addition to I will also create an annotated plan and improved version of the social media. I will also

discuss about data analytics of the social media I have chosen, finally I will evaluate the social media

plan that I have created. I will evaluate the optimized social media plan that has been created. When

evaluating the plan, I will evaluate the data analytics report that I will write about.
