ii. All team members should be included in decision making and
feel valued
iii. Members work together in a civil manner
iv. Strong team spirit

b. Effective teams participate in problem solving, increased creativity,
and safe and improved health care.
c. Authoritarian/autocratic leadership would not make an effective team
nurse leader.
