HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICYThe aim of this policy is to (a) comply with the requirements of the Health & Safety at
Work etc. Act 1974 and other relevant statutory provisions; (b) to act as a pivotal
document in implementing Cygnet’s safety management system (SMS), following the
HSE’s HSG65 ‘Managing for H&S’ and (c) to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable,
a healthy and safe environment for all people who work, use or visit Cygnet’s premises.
It is the personal responsibility of every individual referring to this policy to ensure
that they are viewing the latest version; this will always be published on
Cygnet’s SharePoint.
