Maximum temperature: low grade, 99.5. - fever has been present for less than 1 day. Associated symptoms include congestion & coughing. Pertinent negatives include no ear pain or shortness of breath. Pt reports
pain as 6/10 & scratchy & sore throat, & positive for nasal congestion & cough. A - Alleviating & Aggravating factors
Swallowing makes - sore throat worse, no reported alleviating factors

Heart sounds: Normal heart sounds.
