The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a tool used in the initial stage of project management.
The WBS separates these processes into smaller tasks, making it easier to manage. Every stage
of the WBS contain measurable objectives required to reach a successful project end. The stages
are broken down into sub stages and ranked from most to least importance. The smaller sub
stages will make tasks more manageable and keep the project on course. The top stage is the top
