Comprende la oreja y el conducto auditivo externo.
Pabellón auricular
Situada a ambos lados de la cabeza, anterior a la apófisis mastoides y
posterior a la articulación temporomandibular.
Cara lateral:
Presenta la concha auricular en su parte media.
El lóbulo se encuentra debajo de la parte inferior del hélix, del trago y del
antitrago.
Alrededor de la concha auricular se observan 4 salientes:
Hélix:
Es un pliegue curvilíneo que bordea el pabellón auricular y ocupa su parte
anterior, superior y posterior.
Antihélix:
Es un pliegue de dirección ascendente y esta situado entre el hélix y la
concha.

Es una eminencia triangular que esta situada en la parte anterior de la
concha.
Está separada del hélix por la escotadura anterior.
ntitrago:
Está situado en la parte posteroinferior de la concha y esta enfrentado al
trago.
Separado del trago en su porción inferior por la escotadura intertragica.
Cara medial:
Limitada:
Adelante por el surco posterior de la oreja.
En su parte anteroinferior se adhiere a la pared lateral del cráneo
alrededor del conducto auditivo externo.
Cartílago de la oreja:
Es una lámina delgada y elástica que ocupa toda su extensión, con
excepción del lóbulo.
Reproduce exactamente todos los relieves de la oreja (hélix, antihelix,
trago, antitrago)
