Inleiding
Vanuit school voor het vak HRM is de opdracht gegeven om voor de lijnmanagers
van Dura Vermeer het duidelijk te maken hoe zij het beste ontwikkel- en
functioneringsgesprekken met hun medewerkers kunnen voeren. Dit is gedaan door
middel van een instructievideo. Voordat de HRM-video is gemaakt, hebben er tijdens
de lessen verschillende ‘oefen’ gesprekken plaatsgevonden. Dit was erg belangrijk
om in de video duidelijk te maken wat er belangrijk is voor de lijnmanagers.
